Booking and the client portal
Requesting an appointment and signing in to the client portal both take you to SimplePractice, a separate platform. Your use of that platform is governed by its own terms and privacy policy, not by these terms.
Submitting a testimonial
If you submit a review, you confirm that it is your own genuine experience and that you have the right to share it. Nothing is published until it has been reviewed and approved.
We may decline to publish a submission, edit it for length or clarity, or remove it later, at our discretion. We will not alter the substance of what you said. You may ask for it to be removed at any time.
Do not include another person's identifying details in a review.
