This policy covers information collected through this website. It is a separate document from our Notice of Privacy Practices, which governs your health information under HIPAA. If you are a client, that notice — not this one — describes how your treatment records are handled.
What this site collects
- Information you type into a form on this site, such as a testimonial submission. That includes the name, location, rating and review text you enter, and an email address if you choose to give one.
- Standard server request data — IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps — which is generated automatically by visiting any website.

What this site does not collect
This website does not host your clinical record, does not process payments, and does not run a client portal. Booking and payment happen inside SimplePractice, which is a separate service with its own privacy policy and its own agreement with you.
Do not send clinical details, symptoms, or anything you consider private through a form on this website. It is not a secure channel and it is not a substitute for contacting the practice directly.
How information is used
- To review and, if you consent, publish a testimonial you submit.
- To contact you about a submission you made.
- To keep the site secure and functioning, including rate limiting to prevent abuse.
Who it is shared with
We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising.
Information is handled by the vendors that run this site — currently our hosting provider and our email provider — and only to the extent needed to operate it.
Cookies
This site sets a session cookie only when an administrator signs in to manage content. Ordinary visitors are not given a tracking cookie by this site.
